Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 lbs chuck roast
- 1 large onion
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 5 carrots
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 slice onion and put in bottom of crock pot.
- 2 put roast on top of onion (very important for flavor that onion is on the bottom).
- 3 cook till it starts to fall apart then add sliced potatoes and carrots.
- 4 continue to cook till roast pulls apart with a fork and potatoes and carrots are tender.
