Slow Cooked Chili

Total Time: 7 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (11 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, saute chicken, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. put into slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. stir, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
