Ingredients

- 3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (11 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
- 3 tomatillos
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, saute chicken, onion and garlic in oil until onion is tender. put into slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. stir, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
