- 6 lean lamb loin chops
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
Recipe
- 1 place chops in slow cooker. sprinkle with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice. combine remaining ingredients in bowl. stir well till blended and smooth. pour over chops. cook on low 4-5 hours.
