Settler's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 4 ounces butter
• 2 teaspoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 onion, grated
• 1 apple, grated
• 1 potato, grated
• 1 1/2 lbs sausage meat
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• cheese, grated
• breadcrumbs

Recipe

• 1 mix the flour and butter to a sandy texture.
• 2 add the liquids and mix.
• 3 roll out.
• 4 work around into a flan tin.
• 5 combine all of the filling ingredients well.
• 6 turn into flan tin.
• 7 bake at 200 c for 40 minutes.
