Semi Homemade Grilled Chicken And Spicy Pasta

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 lb rotini pasta
  • 4 grilled chicken breast fillets (frozen bag from store)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 to heat the ready grilled chicken breast fillets for 20-25 minutes.
  • 2 boil water for rotini pasta, cook for 15 minutes. save 1/2 cup of the cooking starchy water for the sauce.
  • 3 heat olive oil in pan.
