Slow Cooker Bbq Beef

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 g pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 14 ounces ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut roast in 4 sections.
  • 2 place in slow cooker, add celery, green pepper, onion and mix together ketchup, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and water in a mixing bowl.
