Ingredients

- 4 lbs chuck roast
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 g pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 14 ounces ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut roast in 4 sections.
- 2 place in slow cooker, add celery, green pepper, onion and mix together ketchup, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, and water in a mixing bowl.
