Slow Cooked Honey Spare Ribs

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lbs baby back ribs, cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup catalina dressing
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 turn on crockpot and spray with cooking spray. add salt and pepper to your ribs then broil for 5-6 minutes flipping it over and broiling for 5-6 more minutes, then place the ribs in your slow cooker.
  • 2 in a small bowl mix together all the other ingredients then pour that and spread it over your ribs. cover your crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or leave on low for 8 hours.
