Slow Cooked Swiss Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless round steak
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
Recipe
- 1 in a shallow bowl, combine flour, pepper and salt.
- 2 cut steak into serving size pieces; dredge in flour mixture.
- 3 in a skillet brown steak in oil.
- 4 transfer to a slow cooker.
- 5 combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
- 6 cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or until the meat is tender.
