Slow Cooked Goulash

Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 place beef in slow cooker with onions and garlic.
- 2 stir together flour, salt, pepper and paprika. add to slow cooker and stir to coat meat.
- 3 stir in the tomatoes. cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. add sour cream.
- 4 remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
- 5 to serve: thaw. heat until hot and bubbly. serve over noodles.
