Slow Cooked Goulash

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 place beef in slow cooker with onions and garlic.
  • 2 stir together flour, salt, pepper and paprika. add to slow cooker and stir to coat meat.
  • 3 stir in the tomatoes. cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. add sour cream.
  • 4 remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. place in freezer bag. label and freeze.
  • 5 to serve: thaw. heat until hot and bubbly. serve over noodles.
