Seafood Tempura Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl add all of the items and blend together. lightly coat the seafood in rice flour than dip batter. deep fry in 360 degree the tempura in oil. drain paper towel. serve hot.
