Covered Crunchy Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 ounce kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c). spread chips into a baking dish.
  • bake in the preheated oven until chips are warm, about 3 minutes. sprinkle cheddar cheese over chips and bake in the oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. top chips with tomatoes, green onion, bacon, and sour cream.
