Seafood Stew

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 -2 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 3/4 cup dry
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (21-25 count)
  • 6 ounces firm fish, cut into 1 in pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup bottled clam juice
  • cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in soup pot over med heat.
