Slow Cooked Italian Beef :)

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 6 lbs roast
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- salt and pepper
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 8 hard rolls
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in crock pot and cook in crock pot around 6-7 hours on high that way when it's done all you have to do is shred it because it's so tender.
- 2 you can add peppercini's and we sometimes add mozzarella cheese and put in under the broiler to melt and serve on hard rolls.
