Ingredients

- 8 -10 lamb chops
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 (8 ounce) cans onion soup
- 2 (8 ounce) cans water
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle chops with salt & pepper and brown. drain off all grease.
- 2 put chops, soup, celery,water, and thyme in skillet.
- 3 simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- 4 add rice, cook 20 minutes longer.
