Skillet Fried Corn

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon bacon grease
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat a large skillet over high. cook the corn in the butter and bacon grease for about 4 minutes, or until it begins to brown. add the garlic and season heavily with salt and pepper. cook for an additional minute or two.
