Skillet Ham Dinner

Ingredients

- 1 -1 1/2 lb cooked ham (one slice)
- 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 in a large skilled over medium heat, lightly brown the ham slice.
- 2 layer potatoes over ham.
- 3 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4 layer the beans over potatoes.
- 5 top with onion slices.
- 6 combine the soup and water.
- 7 pour over all.
- 8 cook 2 minutes.
- 9 reduce heat; cover and simmer 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
