- 6 ears corn
- 1/2 cup water
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 hold an ear of corn in a deep microwavable dish with a lid.
- 2 barely cut the top off the corn kernels with a sharp knife.
- 3 with the back of the knife, scrape all the pulp out of the corn kernels into the bowl.
- 4 stir in the water.
- 5 cover and microwave for 3 minutes on high.
- 6 stir. microwave on high for another 3 or 4 minutes.
