Sherri's Southern "fried" Corn

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 ears corn
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 hold an ear of corn in a deep microwavable dish with a lid.
  • 2 barely cut the top off the corn kernels with a sharp knife.
  • 3 with the back of the knife, scrape all the pulp out of the corn kernels into the bowl.
  • 4 stir in the water.
  • 5 cover and microwave for 3 minutes on high.
  • 6 stir. microwave on high for another 3 or 4 minutes.
