Simple Scones

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups self raising flour, siftted
- 300 ml lemonade, warm
- 300 ml cream
- 1 egg
- 1 dash milk
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 200c and line baking tray with paper.
- 2 combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
- 3 knead together until a soft dough and turn a floured board.
- 4 roll dough out to about 3cm thick and cut scones with a scone cutter.
- 5 place on tray and brush with egg and milk mixture.
- 6 cook in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
