Simple Roast Beef

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 lbs beef roast, frozen
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes onion soup mix
Recipe
- 1 cut (2) large sheets of foil, bigger than the roast.
- 2 sprinkel onion soup mix on one sheet of foil.
- 3 place frozen (yes, frozen) roast on top of soup mix.
- 4 sprinkle other pack of soup mix over roast.
- 5 wrap tightly in foil - one sheet one way, the other the other way.
- 6 put in preheated 225 over for 8 to 10 hours.
- 7 enjoy! this makes it's own gravy/au jus.
- 8 i have heard you can do this with a thawed or fresh roast for 4 to 5 hours, but haven't tried that yet.
