Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can libby 100% pumpkin puree (not the mix)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon spice
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust, thawed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl, mixing well.
- 3 pour into pie shell.
- 4 place pie on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour.
- 5 cool.
- 6 top with cool whip or real whipped cream.
