Ingredients

- 2/3 cup white rice
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
- sugar (or honey if desired)
- raisins
Recipe
- 1 put rice, milk and cinnamon on pan. mix sugar and milk till milk tastes sweet (or more if desired!). add to pan/pot with rice and cinnamon as you want it.
- 2 stir for 10 minutes, bringing to just a boil.
- 3 add raisins, then lower heat.
- 4 let simmer 1 hour.
