- 1 lb pre-cut baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 475 degrees.
- 2 in shallow baking dish, toss carrots with oil and salt.
- 3 roast 12 minutes, then shake pan to toss.
- 4 roast another 8 minutes, shaking pan once or twice, until brown and tender.
- 5 serve hot.
