Simple Saute'ed Asparagus Peppers And Onions

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup kraft signature classic herb salad dressing, divided.
  • 1 small yellow pepper, seeded and thinly sliced.
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, cleaned and trimmed.
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in large non stick skillet.
  • 2 add pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
  • 3 add asparagus to skillet.
  • 4 pour remaining 1/4 cup dressing evenly over asparagus: cover.
  • 5 reduce heat to medium-low: cook 5 to 7 minutes or until asparagus are tender.
  • 6 spoon serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
