Simple Saute'ed Asparagus Peppers And Onions

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup kraft signature classic herb salad dressing, divided.
- 1 small yellow pepper, seeded and thinly sliced.
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced.
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, cleaned and trimmed.
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in large non stick skillet.
- 2 add pepper and onion; cook and stir on medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
- 3 add asparagus to skillet.
- 4 pour remaining 1/4 cup dressing evenly over asparagus: cover.
- 5 reduce heat to medium-low: cook 5 to 7 minutes or until asparagus are tender.
- 6 spoon serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
