Simple Rustic Bread With Walnuts

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)
  • 2 cups warm water (105 - 115 degrees)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over 1/2 cup of warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
