Sherried Eggs With Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons

Recipe

  • 1 melt 1/2 cup butter in double boiler. add cream and heat. add grated cheese and stir until almost melted. add slightly mixed eggs and salt.
