Ingredients

- 3 lbs stewing beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup (may use 1 cup)
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup chopped mushroom
Recipe
- 1 cut meat into 1 inch cubes.
- 2 combine all ingredients in large casserole dish.
- 3 sprinkle in a little cornstarch.
- 4 cover and bake@ 325 degrees for 3 hours.
- 5 add chopped mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.
- 6 serve over cooked rice or noodles.
