Sherried Beef

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs stewing beef
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup (may use 1 cup)
  • 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup chopped mushroom

Recipe

  • 1 cut meat into 1 inch cubes.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in large casserole dish.
  • 3 sprinkle in a little cornstarch.
  • 4 cover and bake@ 325 degrees for 3 hours.
  • 5 add chopped mushrooms 15 minutes before serving.
  • 6 serve over cooked rice or noodles.
