Semi-homemade Cream Of Artichoke Soup - Sandra Lee

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar water-packed artichoke hearts
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a sucepan over medium heat, combine soup & chicken broth; stir until smooth.
  • 2 add artichoke hearts & cayenne pepper. bring to a boil.
  • 3 pour soup into a blender & mix until smooth.
  • 4 return to pot & slowly stir in cream. season with salt & pepper and serve hot.
