Skillet Chili Mac

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can beans in chili sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder or 1 tablespoon chili seasoning mix
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef in a large skillet.
- 2 then add the tomatoes, seasoning and water.
- 3 bring to a boil
- 4 add the macaroni - reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed - stir occassionaly.
- 5 add the grated cheese and cover - allow the cheese to melt.
- 6 serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce and fritos.
