Seventh Heaven Curried Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage meat
• 1 apple, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 tablespoons parsley
• 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 (375 g) packet flaky pastry dough or 1 (375 g) packet phyllo pastry

Recipe

• 1 mix all 1st ingredients.
• 2 add pepper to taste.
• 3 roll into two rolls and cover with.
• 4 1 packet flaky pastry or wrap on filo pastry.
• 5 cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
