Shepherd's Pie W/lamb

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb, browned drained
  • 1/2 cup peas (canned)
  • 1/2 carrot (canned)
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 3 cups mashed red potatoes
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350°f.
  • 2 pour cooked lamb into bottom of 9x13 pan and top with veggies
  • 3 whip potatoes with swiss cheese & yolk & sour cream.
  • 4 spread over meat
  • 5 bake 30 min or until potatoes are brown.
