Shepherd's Pie W/lamb

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb, browned drained
- 1/2 cup peas (canned)
- 1/2 carrot (canned)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 cups mashed red potatoes
- 1/8 cup sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 350°f.
- 2 pour cooked lamb into bottom of 9x13 pan and top with veggies
- 3 whip potatoes with swiss cheese & yolk & sour cream.
- 4 spread over meat
- 5 bake 30 min or until potatoes are brown.
