Seared Cod With Spicy Mussel Aioli

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup dry

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- cayenne pepper
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 (6 ounce) skinless cod fish fillets
- 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
Recipe
