Slow Cooked Ribs

Total Time: 6 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs country-style boneless lamb ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup catalina dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Recipe

  • 1 cut ribs into serving size pieces.
  • 2 place in a 5-quart slow cooker.
  • 3 combine barbecue sauce and salad dressing; pour over ribs.
  • 4 sprinkle with garlic.
  • 5 cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.
  • 6 remove ribs and keep warm.
  • 7 strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan; skim fat.
  • 8 combine flour and water until smooth; stir into cooking liquid.
  • 9 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minute or until thickened.
  • 10 spoon sauce over the ribs.
