Slow Cooked Ribs

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 lbs country-style boneless lamb ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup catalina dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into serving size pieces.
- 2 place in a 5-quart slow cooker.
- 3 combine barbecue sauce and salad dressing; pour over ribs.
- 4 sprinkle with garlic.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.
- 6 remove ribs and keep warm.
- 7 strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan; skim fat.
- 8 combine flour and water until smooth; stir into cooking liquid.
- 9 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minute or until thickened.
- 10 spoon sauce over the ribs.
