Ingredients

- 1 1/2-2 kg beef
- 1/2 cup red vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks celery
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms, diced
- 4 small onions, diced
- 1/2 cup red
Recipe
- 1 place first 8 ingredients in a bag or bowl to marinade. overnight is best.
- 2 in crock pot place tomatoes, onion, mushrooms and red .
- 3 add meat to crock pot - put to low heat.
- 4 place marinade into a separate pot and bring to the boil.
- 5 add to crock - pot.
- 6 cover the meat in the sauce.
- 7 cook on low overnight.
