Sherried Sausage

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb italian sausage (mild or hot depending on what you like)
  • 2 tablespoons fruit juice (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tablespoons pale dry
  • 1 tablespoon water

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage, remove fat.
  • 2 stir-fry some veggies in the fat if you wish.
  • 3 cover with mixed liquid.
  • 4 cook over low heat, turning frequently until done.
  • 5 watch carefully as sausage can burn quickly in sauce.
