Ingredients

- 2 cans pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 egg (separated)
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 flatten 1 pkg.
- 2 of crescent rolls to cover the bottom on an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
- 3 mix 3/4 cup sugar, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla& egg yolk until creamy.
- 4 spread over rolls.
- 5 unroll second package of rolls on top.
- 6 they won't cover every little space, but that's okay.
- 7 mix egg white& 1/3 cup sugar.
- 8 pour over second layer of rolls.
- 9 it also won't cover the whole thing, but just spread it around with a spatula to cover as much as you can.
- 10 sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 11 bake 20-25 minutes@ 350 degrees.
