In A Pan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 cans pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg (separated)
  • 3/4 cup sugar, plus
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 flatten 1 pkg.
  • 2 of crescent rolls to cover the bottom on an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
  • 3 mix 3/4 cup sugar, softened cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla& egg yolk until creamy.
  • 4 spread over rolls.
  • 5 unroll second package of rolls on top.
  • 6 they won't cover every little space, but that's okay.
  • 7 mix egg white& 1/3 cup sugar.
  • 8 pour over second layer of rolls.
  • 9 it also won't cover the whole thing, but just spread it around with a spatula to cover as much as you can.
  • 10 sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 11 bake 20-25 minutes@ 350 degrees.
