Ingredients

- 6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 6 tablespoons
- 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
- wild rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degees.
- 2 shake chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika in a bag.
- 3 brown in half the butter.
- 4 remove to casserole and add remaining butter to the pan.
- 5 add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- 6 sprinkle flour over mushrooms.
- 7 stir in chicken, broth, and rosemary.
- 8 pour this mixture over chicken and bake for 45 minutes.
- 9 serve with wild rice.
