Big-time Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 fully ripened avocados from mexico, halved, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • in a bowl, toss avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt just until combined. cover and refrigerate.
  • serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables, if desired.
