- 2 fully ripened avocados from mexico, halved, pitted and diced
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- in a bowl, toss avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt just until combined. cover and refrigerate.
- serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables, if desired.
