Seven-layer Shrimp Dip With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 ounces canned green chilies
- 12 ounces mango salsa
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese (finely shredded)
Recipe
- 1 cream the cream cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, garlic together until smooth.
- 2 spray the springform pan with a non-stick shortening spray.
- 3 spread the cream cheese mixture in 9" springform.
- 4 layer the spread the green chiles over the cream cheese mixture.
- 5 next layer the mango salsa, green onions, chopped shrimp, and black olives.
- 6 top with shredded cheese.
- 7 garnish with the chopped cilantro.
- 8 refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 9 place on large plate and remove springform sides.
- 10 serve with corn tortilla chips.
