Seven-layer Shrimp Dip With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 ounces canned green chilies
  • 12 ounces mango salsa
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese (finely shredded)

Recipe

  • 1 cream the cream cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, garlic together until smooth.
  • 2 spray the springform pan with a non-stick shortening spray.
  • 3 spread the cream cheese mixture in 9" springform.
  • 4 layer the spread the green chiles over the cream cheese mixture.
  • 5 next layer the mango salsa, green onions, chopped shrimp, and black olives.
  • 6 top with shredded cheese.
  • 7 garnish with the chopped cilantro.
  • 8 refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 9 place on large plate and remove springform sides.
  • 10 serve with corn tortilla chips.
