- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, mint or 1 tablespoon cilantro
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. add tomatoes and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes, or until skins begin to split.
- 2 serve topped with parsley.
