Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 -2 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic-flavored red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients together until well mixed, and to a consistency similar to chunky refried beans.
- 2 serve with tortilla chips.
