Shahana's Fried Corn And Onions, My Way

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh corn or 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup cooking onion, diced
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered

Recipe

  • 1 if using frozen corn, thaw first!
  • 2 melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 saute corn kernels just until tender, then mix in onion.
  • 4 continue to saute until onion is just beginning to turn golden.
  • 5 add tomatoes, heat until warm.
