- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 large apple, cored and grated
- 2 teaspoons onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pinches chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- 2 reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until carrot and apple are tender, about 12 minutes.
