Sauteed Brussel Sprouts With Roasted Chestnuts

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts (cut in half)
  • 1/2 cup roasted chestnuts
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a sauté pan and bring to a boil. cover and steam over medium high heat until brightly colored and just tender (about 5 to 15 minutes).
  • 2 remove the lid and continue to cook until the liquid evaporates. saute to intensify the flavor and add salt and pepper to taste.
