Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 2 blend in vanilla.
- 3 add 2 cups flour, 1 cup at a time.
- 4 roll out on floured surface; cut into 2 inch squares.
- 5 put on ungreased cookie sheet; prick the tops with a fork.
- 6 bake at 325* for 25 minutes or until top is very light brown.
