Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unbleached cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
Recipe
- 1 spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
- 2 in the bowl, mix the egg and sugar until well combined, add the milk or yogurt and blend well.
- 3 mix in the ground flax seed, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.
- 4 microwave for 1½ minutes.
