Sinful Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 place first 4 ingredients in the top of a double boiler and stir until melted.
• 2 cover and cook 45 minutes.
• 3 add cream, stir until blended, about 3 minutes.
• 4 sauce will become very smooth.
• 5 cook another 10 minutes.
• 6 add vanilla, stir.
• 7 let cool before refrigeration.
