Singhare Ke Atte Ki Barfi ( Singhara Flour Barfi)

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 cup singhara flour
- chopped almonds
- chopped pistachios
Recipe
- 1 heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
- 2 add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 allow to cook for a few minutes.
- 5 once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
- 6 put into a plate.
- 7 let it set.
- 8 once cool, cut into pieces.
- 9 garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
