Singhare Ke Atte Ki Barfi ( Singhara Flour Barfi)

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 cup singhara flour
  • chopped almonds
  • chopped pistachios

Recipe

  • 1 heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
  • 2 add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 allow to cook for a few minutes.
  • 5 once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
  • 6 put into a plate.
  • 7 let it set.
  • 8 once cool, cut into pieces.
  • 9 garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
