Single Crust Quebec Sugar Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups light cream
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 combine the flour and sugar and place into the pie shell covering the bottom.
  • 2 mix cream, extract and nutmeg and pour into pie shell.
  • 3 dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 40- 45 minutes until the filling is a custard-like consistency.
