Single-serving Tater Tot Hotdish

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 21
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans green beans (french cut)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 brown beef in a skillet with chopped onion and cumin.
  • 3 in a large bowl mix beef mixture, drained green beans, cream soup, garlic powder, and most of the cheese (reserve about 2 tablespoons).
  • 4 arrange 21 aluminum cupcake liners on a baking sheet. spray each cup with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 5 evenly divide mixture into each liner.
  • 6 top with tater tops.
  • 7 bake for 45 minutes. remove and sprinkle remaining asiago cheese evenly on each cup.
  • 8 continue baking for 15 minutes.
  • 9 let cool slightly before serving. or cool completely and reheat later as needed.
