Single-serving Tater Tot Hotdish

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 ounce) cans green beans (french cut)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 brown beef in a skillet with chopped onion and cumin.
- 3 in a large bowl mix beef mixture, drained green beans, cream soup, garlic powder, and most of the cheese (reserve about 2 tablespoons).
- 4 arrange 21 aluminum cupcake liners on a baking sheet. spray each cup with non-stick cooking spray.
- 5 evenly divide mixture into each liner.
- 6 top with tater tops.
- 7 bake for 45 minutes. remove and sprinkle remaining asiago cheese evenly on each cup.
- 8 continue baking for 15 minutes.
- 9 let cool slightly before serving. or cool completely and reheat later as needed.
