Single Serving Mini Meat Loafs

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 100 g lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup onion, finely sliced
  • 1/8 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1/2 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2 if time permits chill in the fridge for an hour or so.
  • 3 shape mixture into a loaf.
  • 4 place in an oven proof container and cover.
  • 5 cook for 25min at 180-200 deg c.
  • 6 removed from oven and top with tomato sauce (can mix 1 tbsp of brown sugar if you have a sweet tooth).
  • 7 return to oven for 15-20 more minutes or until cooked.
  • 8 let the loaf sit for a couple of minutes before cutting or serving.
